Rina Morales-Holmes
I graduated from Oregon State University in 2015 and then graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 2019. I was sworn in and began practicing in Fall 2019. I started off as a prosecutor in the Benton County District Attorney's Office until I moved to Minot, North Dakota to be with my husband who was stationed there. I switched to criminal defense and worked at Craig Law Firm until we returned to Corvallis in 2024
Mackenzie Foster
Kenzie is our office manager. She handles everything from scheduling appointments to making sure folks get a reminder for court. Kenzie started working at 15 and joined RMH Law in 2025. The firm would not run without her organizational skills and her hard work.
Scooby & Scrappy
Scooby is a sweet boy who brings a calming presence whenever he visits the office. Despite his size, Scooby thinks he's just a little guy and will try and snuggle up to you. His office visits help everyone through stressful times.
Scrappy is definitely a fighter and would love to go to court with you...if he spoke English. He's always looking for a good fight. However, he and Scooby do play really well. Maybe one day Scrappy can manage that temper enough to come to the office.
